The other day, I talked about the big picture of Living the Life You’ve Imagined, and today and I want us to start walking down that path together!
In the 8-part framework I laid out, the very first step is to Evaluate the Life You’re Living. Now, I know it’s really easy for us to start talking negatively and get down on ourselves. Please hear me: that is NOT the point of this!!!!
We will simply write down where we’re at to get a clear picture. Then, set it aside and move on. After this initial exercise, we are focused on where we are going!

Rate each are of your life on a scale from 1-10 where 1 is “I feel really terrible about this area of my life :(“ and 10 is “I totally got this! I’m super excited, and am rocking it in this part of my life!”

- (Anything else you feel needs to be added!)
When you’re done, set it aside (but keep it!) and move on to Step 2 in the 8 Steps to Living the Life You’ve Imagined!
